Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mosqzap.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be eligible for a full refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
We only accept cancellation requests before your order is shipped and before a tracking number is issued.
Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the order.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of processing. After this period, cancellations are not possible as orders are already registered with our warehouse and cannot be retrieved.
If you decide against keeping your order after dispatch, you may refuse delivery or return the item at your own cost. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a full refund.
Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will issue a 100% refund once the returned product is received and inspected in its original condition.
Change of Address
To change your delivery address, please email us at contact@mosqzap.com with your order number, the current address, and the new address within 24 hours of your order.
Address changes cannot be accommodated after the order has been dispatched.
1-Year Warranty
Every purchase from MosqZap comes with a one-year warranty covering specific malfunctions or defects.
To request a replacement, please provide detailed information and visual evidence such as photos or videos of the issue, including:

Product Image Disclaimer

Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost.
If you prefer not to receive a replacement, please wait 14 days for a refund request to be processed, allowing time for the parcel to potentially arrive.
Faulty Items or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or non-functional, we will send a replacement free of charge to ensure you receive a working product.
Replacement orders will be processed with the same delivery timeframe as the original order.
