Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged on arrival

Email contact@mosqzap.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach photos and include your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost in transit

If tracking has not updated for 7 days, or shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact us right away so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
